Uploading & Formats

We accept all major formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM, FLV, WMV, M4V, and more. We recommend MP4 (H.264) or MOV for best results. We transcode everything to adaptive HLS for delivery, so viewers always get the optimal quality.
Free plan: up to 5 GB per file. Pro: up to 20 GB per file. Business: up to 50 GB per file. For larger files, our desktop uploader supports resumable uploads — if your connection drops, it picks up where it left off.
Typically 1–3× the video duration (a 10-minute video takes 10–30 minutes). We process at up to 4K resolution. Business plan users get priority transcoding queues, usually completing in under 1× real-time.

Storage & Bandwidth

A play is counted when a viewer clicks the play button or the video begins auto-playing. Plays from your own account dashboard don't count toward your limit. Plays are not the same as bandwidth — all plans include unlimited bandwidth.
Yes. We don't charge for bandwidth or impose soft limits. You pay for storage and plays, not the data transferred. Our CDN absorbs the delivery cost. For extremely high-traffic accounts (>100M plays/month), contact our Enterprise team.

Privacy & Security

Yes. You can: password-protect individual videos, restrict playback to specific domains (domain whitelisting), hide videos from search and your public profile, set link expiry dates, and require email verification before viewing. These features are available on Pro and Business plans.
All videos are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use signed URLs with short expiry times to prevent unauthorised direct access to video files. Business plan adds DRM support (Widevine, FairPlay) for premium content protection.

Billing

Yes. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Your videos remain accessible and you're downgraded to the Free plan — no data is deleted automatically.
Your videos are not deleted. If you exceed the Free plan's 5 GB limit, uploads will be paused until you delete videos or upgrade. Existing videos continue to play normally. We give you 90 days to resolve storage overage before any action is taken.
