Terms of Use
By using FrameVault ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Organisations may accept these Terms through an authorised representative.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of all videos you upload. By uploading, you grant FrameVault a limited licence to store, transcode, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that: infringes intellectual property rights; contains illegal material; is defamatory, abusive or harassing; contains malware or harmful code; or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove violating content and terminate accounts without notice.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel any time via Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at period end. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. No refunds except as required by law.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure failures.
6. Intellectual Property
The FrameVault platform, branding, and software are owned by FrameVault Technologies, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameVault's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
