Privacy Policy

FrameVault Technologies, Inc. ("FrameVault", "we", "our") operates the video hosting platform at framevault.15me.space. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect: account data (name, email, password hash), billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), uploaded video content and metadata, usage data (plays, watch time, referrers), device and browser information, and cookies (see Section 6).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and improve the Service, process payments, send account notifications, analyse usage patterns, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data or your viewers' data to third parties.

3. Video Content

Videos you upload are stored encrypted (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). We do not access your video content except to: transcode it for delivery, enforce our Terms of Service upon complaint, or comply with valid legal orders. You retain full intellectual property rights to your content.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: infrastructure providers (AWS, Cloudflare) under DPA agreements; Stripe for payment processing; Google Analytics for aggregated usage analytics; and law enforcement when legally required.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time via Settings → Privacy. For GDPR/CCPA requests: privacy@framevault.15me.space. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (session, CSRF), functional cookies (preferences), and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation). See our Cookie Policy.

7. Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request. Video content: deleted immediately upon your request or account deletion. Billing records: 7 years per legal requirements.

8. Security

We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, signed CDN URLs, regular penetration testing, and SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure.
